Analyze and review observations and data, noting areas of strength and identifying potential opportunities for growth or improvement.
Revised School Improvement Plan
Based on analysis, work collaboratively with staff to draft School Improvement Plan that addresses needs and outlines specific plans to improve.
Improved School-wide Safety Procedures
Based on analysis, work collaboratively with staff to improve day-to-day operations, ensuring student and staff safety.
